Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made by Christine de Suède, a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), Fontaines-sur-Saône, FRANCE.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the French General Tax Code – CGI), excluding shipping costs.
If you order for delivery to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are outside the remit of Christine de Suède. They will be payable by you and are entirely your responsibility, both as regards declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to obtain information on these matters from your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss of or damage to the products are transferred to you.
Article 3 – Orders
You can place an order on the website www.christinedesuede.com
Christine de Suède reserves the right not to record a payment if the product purchased is out of stock; in this case, the purchase will be refunded in full.
Article 4 – Validation of your order
Any order placed on the website www.christinedesuede.com implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of them.
The order confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
A summary of your order information and of these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you at the email address used for your order confirmation.
Article 5 – Payment
By validating your order, you undertake to pay the price indicated.
Payment for your purchases is made by bank card via the secure PAYPAL website.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, you are responsible for the products. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may cause the right of withdrawal to be refused.
Return costs are payable by you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Christine de Suède will refund the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request, via PAYPAL.
Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered for as long as they are visible on the website www.christinedesuede.com and while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email. If you wish to receive a refund, your order will then be cancelled.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process, within the time frame indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, you will be sent an email informing you of any possible impact on the delivery time you were given.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you may cancel the order under the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will refund the product and the delivery costs under the conditions set out in Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.
Where delivery is made by a carrier, Christine de Suède cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery due solely to the customer's unavailability after several delivery appointments have been offered.
Article 9 – Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. If a product sold does not conform, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All claims and requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to christinedesuede@orange.fr within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all their components. Shipping costs will be refunded to you on the basis of the rate invoiced, and return costs will be refunded to you on presentation of supporting documents.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. Christine de Suède cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with the legislation of the country in which the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities whether the products or services you intend to order may be imported or used.
Furthermore, Christine de Suède cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Finally, Christine de Suède cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
